pool isn t set up for anyone with a disablility- it isn t easy to get in or out

the pool is small, no ladder so it's hard to get out if you are older and the water is cold

whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy

wifi connectivity was very bad, nearly non existent in the rooms
