i didn't like that we booked the hotel because it was pet friendly and it was actually

like the hotel as it is very central, there is no charge for our pet, we have visited civera hotel quite a few

the staff were also very friendly and the wifi was fast with no interruptions

parking limited and on the street, but seemed safe enough and there's more space over the road and

public car parking 5 mins away

there is no hotel car park but plenty of free street parking and a public car park very close

all round experience - didn't use spa facilities but room, staff, bar and restaurant all up to our expectations

spa was lovely and clean with very helpful staff
