all staff deserve praise though and even did some laundry for free

was brilliant the staff, the room the food nothing was too much trouble they even arranged our laundry

the sofa bed mattress for my kids was even worse

i was to be ultra picky we stayed on a monday and tuesday and the bar closes earlier but we could order drinks

it's also a shame that there was a limited breakfast option, maybe a small kitchenette to share would have

been to the alantic 6 times now its by far the best hotel up on the south beach great breakfast lovely lounge

at the best western hotel , stayed over the christmas period made full use of the spa facilities, gym sauna,

the bar tender mr o neil really made our engagement evening special and was a pleasure to talk to

my pet hate that electronic room key didn't work on a subsequent night, and i was annoyed to be blamed

hotel were happy to make smaller portions of meals for kids though

was lovely and great value for money we only stayed one night but will definitely be back the kids loved

a friend, hearing we were staying in a hotel, said we should use room service - well that couldn't be further

the lower room in which we stayed was nice but it was exposed to kitchen fumes from breakfast cooking and noises

clearly struggling with recruitment and training. cleanliness especially the laundry was poor.
