laundry room wasn t in order

more towels in the pool area

i think it would be considerate & very helpful to show the pet fee when signing the contract/receipt

due to the large number of guests running they we accomodating and served breakfast early

found dirty laundry in one of the drawers in a pillow case

soiled laundry, pillows and beds. had to get new pillows due to stains and no pillowcases.

key card was needed to get off on your floor and into all facilities, such as pool, laundry, all outside doors

a sign directing arrivals to alternate side entrance to parking lot is needed
