the laundry doesn't work.

laundry was out of the way and a bit dark and dusty

the wifi kept going in and

no breakfast in awhile

breakfast was not available due to covid-19

the room was clearly not cleaner just laundry picked up and bed made

when we arrived to check in, the staff was off in the laundry room chatting with another employee

elevator was down for 15 plus hours, the laundry facilities did not work, staff left doors wide open, and internet

i had to call down to get towels and have room service change the sheets

don't have any real complaints but if i must, breakfast bar was so-so, although the breakfast bar attendant was

we did some laundry and the dryer needed to have the money emptied and therefore the dryer was not usable and

even though we didn't use them, the hotel offered great amenities too - business center, store, pool, etc

wish there would have been parking in the back
