the receptionist on arrival didn t seem to know i was allowed to park by laundry shutters due to being disabled

the pool facility was perfect for us as we had our own swim time

spa facilities looked minimal

wifi signal not very good

poor wifi connection but it seems that it wasn't just the hotel but other places nearby.

laundry service a little expensive but the service was faultless.

wifi never seems to work and to much hassle to try and fix when you are there for only a few hours

the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent

the room had a small but well equipped kitchen

staff, rooms, gym, location everything like everything about this hotel

breakfast was slightly disappointing - coffee was ok but not great, yoghurt was too sour to eat and

breakfast was delicious and very well run under this very heavy government guidelines

they didn't even mind us wandering across reception and up to the 5th floor to the bar in our pjs when there

the main problem was the noise, we think our room must have been near the laundry room or boiler room as heard

the location of the room right next to the laundry room wasn t ideal and was pretty noisey.

my room was next to a fire door which was quite noisy when people came to bed and the laundry room which maids

room 5 is very very hot. next to the boiler room and the laundry.

sleeper due to noise from the street, people leaving the bar downstairs and staff accessing the laundry room

had to leave window open - but constantly woken by lorries on nearby bypass, as well as the 5am laundry van

everything especially the staff both bar and hotel and delicious food

we miss the swimming pool

very friendly staff and accommodation i got to our late check out

the language from the kitchen was shocking and very off putting when relaxing after a long day
