wifi was weak or inconsistent

in the town centre, wide room, wifi

we booked this one as we thought (wrongly) we would want to be central with the kids

the wifi was very inconsistent which was a huge inconvenience.but the staff was really nice

the 2 times i checked, there were none, but we were able to pick up from the laundry area on our way to beach

i need a refund when i had to leave with my kids. unlivable conditions

bar and restaurant closed in the afternoon and we were stranded in the hotel with nothing to eat or

view from the balcony, pool and restaurant are just amazing, you could not ask for more

stayed at this hotel with my wife and 3 kids, if you want a real nice stay with the best view on the island this

honesty bar is a nice touch at the lovely refreshing pool

the swimming pool offers the most breathtaking views of the pitons simply unforgettable

- only wifi was in the restaurant which was very weak. not strong enough for calls etc.

breakfast choices are rather limited

beautiful views in the rainforest. the rooms were beautiful. spa treatment was fantastic

reception happy to arrange visits etc & there is a shuttle bus to the beach

should be couples/teenage kids, not suitable for small children

the food was generally good (like breakfast best) and the plantation tours and classes added to the educational

finally, understand that if you book the sanctuary rooms you will have no pool and there is no pool on site

only thing i would have wanted was a floating breakfast to dine in the pool

at the beach bar get little grumpy if you have all inclusive and order too many times a day, it's not possible

staff at the beach bar can get tired if you order too much

the villa we stayed at, ocean view pool villa was extremely spacious with stunning views

spa location is great and but the treatment left a lot to be desired - pricey and did not last the

staff are very attentive. food is great. safe, lots to do for kids.

10 min walk to the pier to get the small beach shuttle (takes you to marigot dive/beach resort)

huge & very comfortable it had everything you could possibly need, the view from the beautiful pool area was

especially like early check in and no set check out

our personal assistants tricia and chris were amazing and arranged our trips and spa treatments so quickly

the kitchen staff also did an excellent job preparing the fish we brought back from a fishing trip,

during busy pool times, the pool bar is usually quite slow with few bartenders, and the food options while

many restaurants and bars, swimming pools, a marina (with customs service), spa and gym

things were not in good repair. handrail by swimming pool loose. curtain rail constantly fell.

there seemed to be enough sun beds both around the pool and on the beach

the resort s shop, gym, and spa were not open, massages could not be arranged, and despite being advertised

the food was very good and the atmosphere and music in the bar made it a fun evening

some parts of the room just needed some tlc (kitchenette, air con)

my room was, in fact, a spacious studio apartment with a stove, full fridge and a kitchen sink with a full
