stayed 7 days and not room service one time

i was in town for a funeral and needed a late check out time

parking

very run down and people fighting out in the parking lot

the drug deals going on the 24/7 people outside the loud noises all night long the filthy parking lot people

wifi access was sporadic at best.

my room that i finally got was comfortable, but no desk. wifi was good, it was clean.

that the red doors were not as good as blue plus they wanted more for blue doors and 5dollar pet fee per day

parking lot had homeless people, meth addicts, the room was filthy with roaches bed bugs, taped

changes for pets

have to use credit card for laundry - said due to people breaking into them and taking the money

the laundry facility was filthy

ice machine and laundry only on second floor and no elevator.

not enough parking

parking, hair in bedding and dirty sheets, trash behind coffee maker and open coffee packets,

beds were very comfortable and air conditioner worked great. breakfast was good too!

the beds were comfortable and the pool was satisfying for our kids.

my grand kids were with me and i picked that hotel because it had an indoor pool

i arrived at front desk was sign saying renovations were being done i was told just the pool, laundry room and

wonderful beds, maintained pool area, small but easy to use laundry.

i had laundry and we stayed across the hall from the laundry room, that was very convenient.

called while on the road to ask about an early check in

laundry room was a mess & had a huge spider on the wall

laundry service no swimming pool the ad said it had sofa in room and also the other amnesties and

style accommodations, with onsite coin-op laundry facilities, breakfasts (sometimes) provided

the dryer is always out of order have to wash clothes at public laundry

a bin full of dirty laundry was placed outside the building at the stairwell

the room service cost for pasta primavera was a ridiculous $28

wanted to use the pool..too many kids..

pool wasn't open even though online it says year round & we weren't informed before booking or

breakfast was awful, no fruit stale bread,muffins,and cereal

no breakfast, no juice, heat hardly works and the list goes on

parking lot was our first bad experience

it was conveniently located at a great price with free wifi and breakfast

were in the middle of a remodel so the fitness center was unusable and the pool area had absolutely no shade

the breakfast was awesome too

and we notice people instantly when they have no protection/ doing there part etc, then in the parking lot we

great breakfast and staff was wonderful

got to lobby and was told laundry was locked up and he couldn t get me towels

location was near everything, several really good restaurants right in the parking lot and walmart was right

easy access to the casino.

we were told that our room was giving away then when we left and came back from the casino try to take a shower

a fire started in the laundry room area around 1 am, the staff and policeman/ fire dept

would be helpful if there was a sign for other people who use the laundry room to set a timer or reminder on

a price reduction should have been in order with no pool, hot tub, laundry or food service

needed to do some laundry and they didn t have any quarters

guests were loud and laundry was extremely loud

there was no laundry bad for your dirty clothes

no laundry bag, no pen and pad for notes, breakfast was a little lacking

the ice box and laundry room needs alot of tlc
