appreciated the fact that the room, linens and towels did not smell like laundry detergent since i am allergic

laundry did not work.

i had laundry to do and the machines weren't working right, so she helped me get it done

went out of their way to accommodate me and a group of kids

lot's of complimentary snacks ,free hot tea and coffee , laundry available, close to the beach

also the laundry and potentially things waiting for repair sitting near the office was a little offputting
