i was surprised by the fact that we had laundry and dryer in our room (unsual for most hotels)

but wasn t well stocked (ie no dish towels, no salt/pepper even though there were shakers, no laundry detergent

staff were extremely helpful and organized my laundry to be delivered back to the hotel, which was great because
