pool and hot tub were perfect

they gave extra effort to provide a quality breakfast despite covid limitations.

parking was a little hectic, but that was mostly because of the huge band of tree-cutters and their

convenient free parking

the location and breakfast!

when i later asked about a laundry room, the front desk did not seem to know what floor it was on

breakfast was good. location was excellent. lots oof parking space, and a working elevator.

there was a laundry issue so we only had one towel in our room and a blanket on one of the beds

when we went down to get it, they said it is laundry

it was awesome to be able to do laundry for free (i brought laundry detergent)

kitchen was fabulous, free use of laundry, & great multifunctional furniture

the room and laundry facilities. my kids liked the pool!

cleanliness, safety, location, breakfast (take away) and coffee

they did not have quarters available for their laundry services

there was also no room service and restaurant on site was closed for covid

also they put our room next to the laundry/housekeeping room

when i asked at the desk about this, the clerk suggested i go to the laundry room to pick up towels since she

i had to walk to laundry room everyday to get clean towels

breakfast was a joke

breakfast, 1st room they put us in the heat didn't work, so had to have them give us a new room

wifi was utterly useless. tv wouldn't switch from nickelodeon and i'm not a spongebob fan.

do anything, we got three rooms on the first floor, they had the garbage on the hallway and the laundry room

did not like that the laundry facilities was coin operated, the hotels i usually stay at the laundry machines

also liked the parking made it very easy to enter and exit

the room was very co,y and the pool was good and warm for our thanksgiving weekend

loved having the pool, but it was cold as ice!

the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly!

snowed heavily. thought parking area could have been plowed and salted better.

the remote didn't work, but i just watched tv on my phone thanks to thr free wifi
