access to 1st floor was via lift, which was good, pet friendly, the staff were welcoming and the beds very comfy

was also between a skip full of rubbish about 50 feet away and a visible area where staff sorted laundry and

the view was lovely but unfortunately disturbed by laundry from 5am which was disruptive

wonderful one michelin star restaurant with great view of the old port rich breakfast buffet parking is internal

the pool and spa was small so easily overcrowded and not at all luxurious to use.

told them their policy is ridiculous and needs amending as such people wouldn t have got into a golf club but
