no signs for laundry and ice machine.

also appreciated the help from the overnight staff who provided a bag for our clothing when doing laundry late

staff was friendly,it was beautiful decorated,it was super clean, the cleanest indoor pool i ever saw at a hotel

no hot tub spotty wifi

room was very clean, staff was helpful and polite. the food and bar were excellent.

the pool area was beautiful and clean, we will bring out swim suits next time we visit

know the hotel cannot control for this but many noisy people in halls and small kids running up and down halls

for guest laundry that i have to contact the vendor for refund due to credit card system used for laundry

near my room, so i had to leave my vehicle in the center lot where children were playing and adults were walking

room service couldn't fix so we used trash bucket to catch the water

we were 5 people in the room, so we paid to use the guest laundry dryer to dry the shower towels on 2 occasions

like mold, the ac rarely worked, the halls only smelt good because the staff leaves the hotel laundry room open

very humid room, laundry becomes damp

easy to check in and parking worked out good as well

wifi and phone reception was horrible

the laundry room has very limited hours; not 24-hour availability like most hotels.

pool does have a lot of chlorine
