a great breakfast, laundry room, fitness center, pool and hot tub

we thought it was either the laundry dryers or the pool filter

we had the pool area to ourselves so that was fun

our favorite was the breakfast and the pool area my kids loved the hot tub!

it did not have the fitness room it claim to have and the laundry was not for the customers to use

liked the wifi

evensong spa is a must-do, great facility and relaxing environment

the spa will be wonderful to come to

promised wifi throughout the resort, it only worked in the lobby due to technical issues

caulking around spa in room was kinda gross the tv was way to far from tv for size could barley see t or hear

pool was wonderful for our kids and the little snack shop always helps with kids

only problem we experienced was a woman who was letting her kids eat in the hot tub and was constantly spilling

and tile floor was cracked in many spots -the room was right above the pool area and weaheard kids all night

craved a breakfast bagel and cream cheese... oh, well... next time !

the breakfast was good...just enough choices for a little bit of everything we like.

could of had a bit more selection for breakfast for someone that needed to watch their sugars.

we travel with our pet - we had a room near exits, it was cleaned daily and very spacious.

think more open hours in pool also if parents are present children should be allowed in pool area after ten

there is guest laundry but it's pricey,and staff fairly friendly

was right off the expressway; many grocery and restaurant options nearby; on site laundry; microwave, fridge,

tell the female at the front desk when we left, and she was extremely apologetic and comped our late check out

was located right next to takiza, the game room and pool were a blast, and liked havinf access to laundry

minorly inconvenienced by road noise and bright lights of surrounding parking lots.

in suite spa was very nice and helped to relax after a very stressful day

pool was cold and dirty. arcade had alot of out of order games.

was an open soap bar in the shower that had a hair on it otherwise everything was really nice

very clean, the breakfast was good, staff was great, and they had 24 hour coffee

desk and after waiting for 20+ minutes, i had to knock on doors until i found someone in the laundry
