pool area not usable because it is not cleaned

there is no hot water and no wifi

the food was delicious, the room was spacious, it was very pet friendly and they accommodated us last minute

wifi only available in the restaurant or the games room - again nowhere comfortable to sit

the pool hasn't been cleaned in a while but with the cooler temperatures, we didn't feel a need to swim

gym and pool are huge

pool facilities were available; that was not explained when we booked

queues for breakfast were huge - buffet not being self service contributed to this

breakfast is well managed and plentiful

parking was distant

i loved the open plan gym, the pool and visiting the deers

i need prosthetic job on my knees so i found the steep trails from parking lot/restaurant/pool a little difficult

you can enjoy the temazcal (steam room), the pool, gym or get a massage

beautifully decorated, the view is amazing, so many amenities that make the place really special (pool, orquids

we enjoyed everything from the pool and temazcal (mayan sauna)to the german touch in the restaurant's menu and

room that was probably the least favorable room as its windows opened to the garage and the laundry room

wifi was spotty in the room but better in the common areas.

the parqueo (parking lot) is a block down the street and requires the staff to unlock for you

decor, great service, good food, pretty garden, free wi-fi, free parking down the street, close to market and

he carried our bags from the parking garage, helped us to our room, brought us water, sprayed for bugs, and

the sequrity is superb, and the wifi works everywhere on the property

the wifi in the common area was good

patchy wifi but that's true of most hotels in guatemala

the wifi worked

the breakfast was excellent and delicious
