i didn't like that the laundry room was closed

that laundry room wasn't in use

no breakfast but it was ok. good staff .amd free laundry

pool was nice, gas grill to use, free laundry. it s a nice place to stay for the money

quiet and i really enjoyed my stay and extending the day was easy to do and they also have free laundry on site

pool and hot tub were great although pool was cold

the hours of the pool suck, it should be 24 hrs. the starbucks closed too early.

full bar with a drink menu, small bites, and my room was well appointed

the lobby and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. the pool area was nice and clean.

bed was comfy, had extra sitting room with tv which was great for the kids

exercise facility, breakfast and nice, clean and fresh

no soda vending machines. had to order room service and wait 45 minuets for a soda.

the parking lot was sketchy. a lot of homeless people hounding me in the back parking lot

machine on our floor not working, guest laundry not working, pool water greenish even though chemicals done

pet friendly had extra parking spaces for a boat trailer room size was

homeless people that be going in the other people's rooms and staying and be hanging out in the laundry room

didn't like how the parking wasand i didn't like how the homeless people were in the laundry part of the

conditioner, the property has trash all over it, people were up screaming most nights, and the laundry room the

3 towels in the room go down to get and extra towel only to get told they have no access to the laundry room so

there was no hairdryer, no laundry bag, and 1 little soap

right in that area and made sure that i understood they were not allowed to stay when it says laundry facilities

the bed was soft and the room was big and the hot tub and the laundry room

then i did laundry

i got no sleep and left at 5 am went straight to the laundry mat

could not do laundry, because the dryer was broke

our room location was good as well, end of the hall, away from the pool and laundry room

they are dog friendly and they have coin laundry

pet friendly,, they also have smoking rooms if neeeded,,they also didn't smell like smoke, laundry facility,

would not flush, sink faucet would shut off, laundry service was terrible, staff help was lazy and

was (except for laundry lady and one housekeeper) were very rude

the bathroom door doesn't stay open. would have liked a dirty laundry bag.

breakfast was pretty good and the lady at the cafeteria is amazing

great atmosphere, the staff was phenomenal it was awesome that your pool was opened it was my granddaughter's

i had to wait 3 hours for my room to be ready just for the front desk to tell me it is not pet friendly and the

free laundry

pet deposit fee was too high. $75 per dog when both dogs are in the same room.

the toilet seat was loose and the on-site, 3rd-party operated guest laundry washer and dryer were made difficult

also, laundry was on the 3rd floor

queen beds, hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage & gravy for biscuits, oatmeal & toppings, fresh fruit,

we were able to enjoy their heated outdoor/indoor pool (connected as one) and an outdoor spa that was nice and

laundry door was open off reception pretty much the whole time meaning the humidity and the site

soapy odor in room. it was next door to laundry area. perhaps that?

:) she informed my wife where the laundry room was and even provided coins for the machine

went to do laundry and noticed the lint trap basically overflowing from the bottom with lint

onsite breakfast and laundry room. convenient location for our purpose.

it was noisy between the laundry room, vending machines and pool, but everything quieted down by

tidy room and premises, calm location, great coffee and wifi, very nice spot overall

good wifi, if a little weak, as we were at the far end of the building on the second floor
