so i took them to the laundry room myself when we got back from the day

also, they didn t have enough quarters to give me change for the laundry so the night manager just washed

the hotel laundry room door stood wide open, too; no one likes to see that

laundry services really suck.

the laundry room was clean and in a highly accessible location

i needed to dry some clothes, but the dryer in the guest laundry was completely broken

staff was rude and can not keep up with laundry we had to ask several times each day for clean room towels and

even the guest laundry was out of order

we arrived we waited at the desk for 10 minutes for the desk clerk who was doing laundry

then he proceeded to tell me they also had a newborn sleeping back in laundry area

needed to purchase at another establishment then back to do laundry

room was dirty and bathroom had dirty laundry and hairs.

another hotel chain was able to still provide a breakfast in the same state and the fact that the gym was still

we pay the extra money to stay here so the kids can swim

gym was very small

fact that the wifi is public now

i also appreciated there was a place to do laundry

place- my only issue was the guest laundry

prefer more space for the pets and vending was needed

crowded lot for parking

fitness room was well equipped and clean

no tub no swimming pool due to renovation and no laundry or breakfast and no coffee maker

they had provided plastic laundry bags in room for wet clothing but housekeeping did give us trashbag

cats in the cracker barrel parking lot made my day

hotel was clean and queen bed suite was roomy. laundry was available which was nice.

i walked up in person to be told they are all in laundry, then told we will be given in 10 mins

we ate from the bar and the food was excellent

pool and hot tub were nice as well

t make a lot of noise opening and closing brightly lit lobby and parking

close to the interstate, pet friendly

first floor room and parking by the door. i don't travel light.

staff was great, breakfast very good, swimming fantastic, rooms and service excellent..

parking lot was muddy after a big rain. the breakfast room was small and crowded.

after a long days drive i always go to the gym for a workout

staff, spa, pool, food i would definitely recommend glade springs

two restaurants and bar inside the resort the free breakfast in the clubhouse with all the amenities that he

plenty of activities for the kids, amenities, pleasant staff. comfortable bed.

the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch and they offer a pool, pickleball, and on-site laundry

location, pool, onsite laundry, staff, and restaurant.

the pool was very clean and the adjacent laundry facility was very much appreciated

great for visiting the gorge, very conveniently located, the breakfast was good and i used the laundry which

everything that a customer could want has already been provided including a laundry room (why don't more hotels

i had no wifi at my site and the ceiling fan was to small but other than that it was great.

cabin was cute, pool was good

food at the breakfast bar was great

there was plenty to do. wifi access. convenient location

we love the rafting, pool, just the grounds in general.
