so i took them to the laundry room myself when we got back from the day

also, they didn t have enough quarters to give me change for the laundry so the night manager just washed

the hotel laundry room door stood wide open, too; no one likes to see that

laundry services really suck.

the laundry room was clean and in a highly accessible location

i needed to dry some clothes, but the dryer in the guest laundry was completely broken

staff was rude and can not keep up with laundry we had to ask several times each day for clean room towels and

even the guest laundry was out of order

we arrived we waited at the desk for 10 minutes for the desk clerk who was doing laundry

the only microwave was located on the bottom floor & the only vending for ice was behind the bar on the ground

gym was very small

was black mold in the bathroom, the towel bar was missing a screw and fell off the wall, and the pool heater

the staff was very good, especially bonny at the food/ bar area

paying for breakfast is the pits. i prefer to have a continental especially for the kids.

daughter had a gymnastics meet nearby

the extra pet charge seemed really high

first floor room and parking by the door. i don't travel light.

the breakfast was good and al, the lady who cooked breakfast, was absolutely awesome

ample parking, but after 11pm you end up in the back lot which is not well lit.

i walked up in person to be told they are all in laundry, then told we will be given in 10 mins

hotel was clean and queen bed suite was roomy. laundry was available which was nice.

wifi issue

parking was only available in another hotel's lot and the walk back to the hotel is muddy and

i liked that it was pet friendly and the room didn t smell like pet.

the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch and they offer a pool, pickleball, and on-site laundry

the pool was very clean and the adjacent laundry facility was very much appreciated

great for visiting the gorge, very conveniently located, the breakfast was good and i used the laundry which

everything that a customer could want has already been provided including a laundry room (why don't more hotels

i had no wifi at my site and the ceiling fan was to small but other than that it was great.

cabin was cute, pool was good

there was plenty to do. wifi access. convenient location

we love the rafting, pool, just the grounds in general.
