the laundry room doesnt lock and people steal your clothes

this took me 3 cycles each load, making me stay up until 3am to finish doing laundry that i couldn't leave wet

heard the staff up late, and talking very loudly around midnight outside our room (next door to laundry)

i told the hotel staff and they took my laundry and washed it in their machines and dried it for me
