had an allergic reaction to the detergent used for laundry

exposed cords, partially functional laundry, and an uncovered smoking area need attention

we appreciated the laundry facility as we stayed 2 weeks

the last evening we wanted to wash a load of laundry but there was no machine to get quaters and the machines

was tight pulling in the parking lot off highway

kids were running up and down halls at the same time

was only one handicap parking spot in front of building

friendly staff, and hot breakfast.

breakfast was really great

that s rather unsanitary to be throwing dirty laundry around on a public staircase

parking could have been a little spaced out better

parking was free at the national park

we enjoyed how the rooms overlooked the lake and that it s pet friendly.

parking spots could be wider. our screen door to the balcony was in fairly bad shape.

pet friendly, they had do not disturb cards on the doors, clean, staff were friendly

room was clean and wifi was good.

i was charged an extra $20 for the pet that was not mentioned anywhere while booking the room

location of the hotel was very convenient for dunes national park, and right across the parking lot from an

we were really glad to find a place that allowed pets so close to the park.
