breakfast was excellent. staff welcoming. very clean

the breakfast included was excellent as was everything we ate there

plus the noise from the restaurant/ bar area was pretty loud late into the evening

the breakfast they provided every morning was delicious

the dinner and breakfast wete outstanding

rooms are huge and they feel like your own apartment free laundry

it also it provided a complmentary laundry room for guests

free self-laundry facilities

rooms had living room, bedroom, full kitchen and complimentary laundry service

there was trash behind a makeshift wall divider where i guess the cleaning crew would put the laundry and trash

there was only one laundry machine (so it was under strong demand) and at first it didn't take my money correctly

was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, the laundry was a nice amenity and the arcade was a bonus

everything: clean, calm hotel, perfect staff members, location, parking, swimpool and play zone!

i was then told to park at the far end of the parking lot - about as far away from room as possible - even

parking

parking lot design could be better room doors rattle when other guests open and close their doors

and the pool being heated really made for a great afternoon fun time

after snowboarding we were able to quickly get ourselves in the heated pool/hot tubs

the umbrella bar was so much fun;

was not a baking tray in the kitchen

the pool was nice and clean with warm water which was great

thankful for a fully stocked kitchen

great, views beautiful, fact that it was a whole apartment with a kitchen and the price was affordable

the place was a bit outdated. especially the bathroom and the kitchen could use some remodeling.

no laundry. constant construction noise outside. restaurant and bar were closed.

son and i listened to a very upset staff member using some extremely colorful language in the laundry room

the treadmill was out of service in the gym

the hotel has shuttle to the ski lifts as well, save the trouble to walk in those boots

the crafted cocktails are a must-try, and the shuttle service takes you straight to the ski area at any time

website said there was laundry equipment on site, there isn't

wish the laundry room was actually in operation and since it wasn't that it was noted on the website

on the first night the gentleman at the front desk told us they had been running laundry so hopefully the water

and bar are closed due to covid restrictions

it was great, they have rooms dedicated for pet owners with easy access to the outside which was helpful for

laundry room available (coin operated) was nice

the room has a kitchen and living room as well as a bedroom

the kids loved their game room, pool and wi-fi in f course

wonderful little bar restaurant with friendly bartender/cook with affordable drinks and meals along with fellow

location and my kids liked the video games in the lobby
