breakfast was all gone at 9:30

breakfast was cold cereal, tang, not even juice

breakfast was okay but adding sweet rolls, different cereal and maybe yogurt or fruit would be a

minimal breakfast fare

breakfast was a throw away

enjoyed the convenience of doing laundry

also a good breakfast with many options, they serve late into morning too

we were traveling with kids it was nice to have a separate bedroom

didn't stay for breakfast sorry

i appreciated the early check in.

handicapped room was on 2nd floor and right above breakfast/laundry

that they had a laundry room available for us

the middle of the first night staying at this hotel a fire broke out in the laundry room on first floor

no just wish we could have used the gym and pool but i understand because of the virus

the pool and spa were stained, but doable.

really liked that they had laundry facilities to use

swimming pool is small but it worked for the kids.

there was banging noises from the kids early in the morning

had exercise room, sauna, pool, couple arcade games

the staff i found to be helpful and friendly, parking wasn't spectacular, but in all it didn't change my mind

they even allowed a late check out to help us out

breakfast was great, so many choices and big space to sit down and eat

the pool was cold but the kids still enjoyed it

we were looking for one nearby when the desk clerks told us they had a coin laundry for guests

was blowing plastic all over the place, making loud flapping noises by our window, which kept our kids up at

they provided a large room two queen beds grab n go breakfast fast snd friendly staff

staff was friendly to my kids

breakfast was substantial. pool facilities, fitness center, and laundry room were convenient.

we was even able to shuttle to and from the casino for a few hours of losing money lol

hotel is pet friendly - was on first floor so heard dogs running all night

you say you re a pet friendly hotel and then it isn t until check in that you find out there s additional

laundry had an odd odor. the hotel needs some updating.

the laundry facility the pool the grill bar with arcade games looked fun too but facilities were better

they got rooms that lead right outside plus laundry machine. i had the time of my life

my phone didn't connect to the wifi well (but i usually have trouble with that)

was harassed by kids in the lobby upon checking in, poor representation of property.

also separate bedroom for parents and pull out couch for the kids to give us each our own space

price was high . and no laundry facilities. we were there for a basketball tournament.

hallways weren t vacuumed well and needed room service dishes removed from floor outside rooms

they were very commenting to all the kids that were there for iowa games

pool was way too, small.

the laundry room had been reconstructed and my bed vibrates like i put quarters in it

say is the indoor walkway was closed off which would have been an issue in bad weather and the parking isn't

we really wanted to go to the casino and then come back and order room service and then go to sleep

very comfortable, room exceptionally clean, staff fantastic, pool and jacuzzi great

shower hadn't been cleaned, there was hair, shampoo, and a used bar of soap in it

parking stalls were close. some road noise but not terrible.

the wifi would not work. staff told me it was ok. was not able to fix the wifi

a lot of difficulty connecting to wifi and had to go down the street to mcdonalds for wifi

the bed was to hard. the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom. the pool was not big at all

the pool and hot tub were dirty

pool and spa ( hot tub) needed cleaned hot tub had green algae around the top
