friendly employees, indoor pool,workout room. my room was comfortable and cozy

according to the desk clerk, the wifi system had been intermittent for several days

we also rented a non smoking room and our room smelt like they tried converting a smoking room to a non smoking

none smoking room smelled like cig smoke ! spider in my sink and another large bug on wall.

i have worked as a housekeeper before and even if a room was a designated smoking room it was still cleaned

grandchild is allergic, we were put in to a room close to pool as requested but didn't know it was a pet friendly

i had peace and quiet time. very pet friendly. i loved that they love your pets too.

we were unable to use the pool or the laundry, both features that we sought when selecting a hotel and expected

spa was not hot, people above us in 414, for some reason we could hear them tromping till

but didn t bother to mention pool was closed that was my only reason for choosing hotel so my kids can enjoy

and the pool was unusable, the staff did not say this either we walk down to the pool go in kids almost jumped

covid has the pool and spa closed

was still there and we figured out it was coming from the housekeepers room where they do the laundry

we also read they had laundry room for guest but never found it nor could we find someone to ask when we needed

the wifi was pretty bad for such a nice place.

you have kids and get two rooms don't use this hotel because if your child falls or laughs to loud that's to
