i read pet friendly but did not realize i had to pay a $50 non refundable fee for my cat

00 dollars for the pet deposit cuz i think you put it the price i paid and then they charged me when we got

the walls were pretty thin, luckily our neighbors weren't noisy, they use to much disinfective in laundry

love the early check in because we need it after working overnights.

need to have directions on where and how to get to the room with the breakfast.

rooms were large, comfortable and clean. staff were friendly and helpful. parking was ample.

the room was clean, quiet, even being on there front on the hotel by the parking lot, it was still very quiet

and this says a lot because i've been on a cross-country road trip staying in lots of pet-friendly hotels

very clean, breakfast was good and staff was wonderful

both the pool and hot tub were not working during the three days we were there

first night(friday) it was hard to find parking as a semi took up one whole side of the hotel s parking lot

we passed the laundry to get to our room and the laundry door is wide open for guests to see the mess in there

a little problem with guest laundry (the coin slot on the dryer was stuck and required pounding to free it,

staff, very clean rooms, hot tub was very nice after a long day of driving, pool was kept at a pleasant temp

the pool was fantastic...big, clean, but best of all warm!!

parking could be better defined and more plentiful

could have put a little more salt or snow melt around the parking area, it was very slippery

working on distributing gravel to exterior edging piled gravel in handicap parking area

gym is very small. for a hotel at remote location, smaller rooms, charges should be less.

the decor was very nice we enjoyed the relaxation of the pool, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious

could of had more warm breakfast options and to be able to run the fan on always with the htg/cooling instead

kitchen staff was warm spirited and friendly - didn't look like they were just doing a job

no idea there was a pool available

pool had way too much chlorine, couldn't swim because of it

of the remodeling and the pool being closed and didn t seem like you could get to the customer laundry either

breakfast and staff kept everything filled

i also enjoyed the parking spots right out the door and not in the parking lot

nice set up. loved the breakfast.

parking lot is very small and congested for as many rooms the hotel has and there are no ashtrays
