the restaurant and bar are fine but just seem to suffer from lack of clientele - meaning they often shut early

i had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant and all the meals were very good

the restaurant is open from breakfast all the way through dinner every day

the breakfast was great but pricey and the beds and pillows were the best part about the hotel

there wasnt enough staff around pool and beach and they were s bit slow and not service oriented

and so facilities were limited - only one restaurant open at any one time, limited menus, beach bar not open,

you check out (for example they charge you over $50 a day as a resort fee for using their hotel pool)

the spa was excellent. the service and staff were amazing! the room was breathtaking.

only visited the spa once in 6 days because it closed so early, before sunset, but it was lovely

takes forever to get coffee/tea to begin breakfast and same for getting cocktails/wine to begin dinner

pool management poor. loungers allowed to get drenched.

the pool area and bar are the best of the hotels we looked at, and they have a shuttle service to their private

the restaurant was not operation due to its being renovated at the time but the pool was available and so, soon

t one point another guest and i roamed through the place, including the kitchen, looking for any sign of life

fairly comfortable beds, ok wifi, hot water, spacious, long check in hours, on location breakfast restaurant

the room was clean and comfortable, wifi signal and breakfast was good

i arrived there was 2 women working in thr bar/ kitchen then after a fee days there was only 1 this was annoying

to so many other facilities (supermarket, restaurants) and i loved having the studio room with kitchen facilities

that room was okay but it did not have a kitchenette like the 1st room and there were a lot of sand fleas in

they have a great gym and the rooms were very comfortable

are no eggs or sausage for the continental breakfast even if its just either or, however i understand we enjoyed

the hotel facilities such as the pool and gym were decently equipped and the environment overall was always

kids said breakfast was fine, parents didn t partake

the staff was friendly, helpful and even did our laundry when we ran out of clean clothes

we also found out that the beach bar that s advertised was closed, and most of the furniture was covered,

they have a small gym with 2 pelotons, the gardens down to the ocean were absolutely gorgeous

once settled, we went to the pool and were wowed by the unbelievable sunset
