flys/bugs, stained bed skirts, pillows were like sleeping on a filled laundry bag, no coffee left

bathroom floor had dirt on it. cigarette butt on floor requested non smoking room

breakfast was normal, waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, juice and coffee. friendly staff

breakfast was excellent. very comfortable rooms

they had a nice breakfast and a huge plus was parking for our tractor
