towels were not clean. room floor dirty. no wifi

room must've been above the laundry room we could here noises from a washer all day and night

reason we picked this hotel was for the swimming pool

good breakfast, clean and modern hotel

wifi was almost non-existent, signal was so weak laptop and phone kept dropping signal

i also liked the openness of the parking lot and how well the hotel removed the snow

there were real steps going into the pool - not just pool ladders which are difficult to manage

the pool only had 2 ladders - no steps to go in or out
