poor parking and access to office

very cramped parking and some unfriendly guests when attempting to park

the hotel is ok, the reception was ok, and the utilities were functional. no kitchen service

pet friendly non smoking private entrance

parking was confusing

stayed second floor by the side door but the fans for the kitchen or laundry were below us and would go on and

pool is a bit small specially when more than 3 families are using it

pool area could be cleaner, especially for when it opens in the morning

walking distance to a restaurant. bench to put two suitcases on, large breakfast area.

staff is so friendly and the breakfast is great

were a little dissapointed that the laundry facilities were on the 2nd floor, also the ice machine

i wish breakfast was served until 10:00 instead of 9:30 as i just missed it.

i spoke to the woman in the breakfast area, helen, and she was wonderful

but the staff was still able to manage to get hot food out, keep everything stocked, and keep the kitchen area

the beds were so comfortable, and my son enjoyed that slide by the swimming pool

the breakfast is a simple cold breakfast of cereal, toast/bagels, fruit, yogurt and a pancake machine

amenities including a restaurant and a bar on site kept me out of the cold other than getting to nearby site
