on our 3rd day i left towels in laundry bag as requested by the door as there is limited room service due to

wifi not working

hotel, spacious bar and restaurant areas, rooms lovely and clean, perfect on a cold night

location was superb and plenty of parking

super room and charming staff. secure parking for our motorbikes. very happy

both days there was a large laundry trolley parked in our hallway which we needed to squeeze past

i used the laundry service and everything worked out well

to detail from the staff was superb, asked for an iron and the lady took my shirt to laundry to get ironed,

(the nearby letterkenny golf club was very good as well

the staff worked so hard, tea brought up to us every morning and then a delicious breakfast

leaving on the last day we were stuck in the car park behind the laundry truck for 10mins, not sure if there

unfortunately where our room (119) was located we were subject to laundry trolleys rumbling past our room

beds were super comfy kids swimming pool was warm kids loved it staff very helpful

and so close to arena 7 for kids

my room to check out, the cleaning trolley was blocking the corridor together with bundles of laundry which i

was no hot water in the room so we and my kids has to take a freezing shower to go to an important event

the car park was intimidating with kids hanging around the stairwells

unit had a full kitchen, we didn't have a use for it but i found it odd that there were no pots/pans/bowls, only

location was tops. rooms were fabulous. great room service.

comfy beds clean room laundry. staff very attentive and meal was beautiful.

no on site laundry machines, just pay for someone else to yake and do it

great value,kids eat free with paying adult

food in the bar was amazing and the staff were super friendly

bar food dining room facility closed on nights of our visit wifi worked well for us and we were glad of this as

great food in the restaurant and then at breakfast

so relaxing and restful delicious breakfast with fresh local produce, excellent service and the staff

modern facilities, we stayed in courtyard room, absolutely beautiful, loved the massive bath and kitchen
