ice machine not working and laundry area was run down

she gave us money for the laundry and recommend us where to eat (go to pizza place, best pizza ever)

the heater on the pool was out, but the kids went swimming anyway!

nice large rooms, nice grounds, pool and spa open until 10pm, nice staff

upkeep on maintenance. i?ve machine wasn?t working and laundry was in need of a good cleaning.
