covid times it would be helpful when booking if we were informed the pool was closed and the laundry was closed

spacious room with a very comfortable bed. good coffee in the lobby. lots of parking.

i liked that it was available & room was relatively clean parking was free

breakfast system is weirdly mysterious - unlabeled or containers and not easy to find the coffee

there were laundry facilities and i observed people using the machines

convenient stop on our drive to nyc. lovely room, and laundry room available was a bonus.

pool and sauna

nice and clean room good breakfast staff is friendly plenty of parking close to food and

my kids were able to get in the pool and enjoyed it

i stayed on the 4th floor & in the laundry room the dryers took a long time to dry

loved the arcade, waterpark, bar and rooms.

clean, easy access to waterpark loved the hot pool and the access outside. love the cocktails

we stumbled across kartrite and the kids had a blast

even the kids asked if they could get something else when we ordered pizza

other guests very rude no control over their kids

the hotel is old and dated they offered so many activities so my kids were happy all day long

amazing breakfast, and staff were very helpful.
