restaurant and bar in the hotel were top notch

thought the pool was the perfect size and the staff was extremely helpful giving us activity ideas and

no wifi

wifi did not work they were having issues with there provider

and i was using the laundry, they were in there, walking in and out of the fire doors

had no guest laundry facilities, they will do your laundry for a fee, but i prefer to doing my own, especially

we got to our floor, where our room was located, there were piles of linen (laundry) stacked up and down the

nicely decorated, nice breakfast options.

they are pet friendly and have a great open space for walking the dog

i asked about getting coffee and maybe a granola bar to take with me

location, nice gym and restaurant on site. room was clean and comfortable

also the late check out of noon was appreciated

beds were super comfy, the food was delicious (i may have treated myself to room service) and the staff was

my second time staying here and it s the second time i ve hadn t been able to use the pool/spa because i

updated rooms, very clean, beautiful pool/ spa area

they have manythings to offer, breakfast, pool and even laundry.

the wash tub in the guests' laundry area was incredibly stained and disgusting

security is lax as the entrance doors are open , do not lock , the laundry and room staff were not friendly at
