could not provide laundry

i got a allergy by the pool from the trees,they can't do everything for me i was so upset

a few of the equipments at the fitness center needed repair

wifi is really the worst i have had to use during a stay a hotel

the breakfast was good and also the location parking. the staff was good big up to jerry

nice breakfast and sat in lovely courtyard

breakfast was of local fruit, bread and jam and coffee and was enjoyable

in the morning, while at breakfast, they didn't have enough fruits for us so we managed to get a omelette free

every bar and hotel in haiti has cold prestige

we've been served well, the food is amazing (generous on the breakfast

breakfast was great but limited to few selections and they tried to cut our power while we were in

beautiful pool and indoor-outdoor dining area

the breakfast and the cleaning also the humility of the staff as well

breakfast was sub-stranded stayed at this location seven years ago and the breakfast was excellent

dinner took 50 minutes to arrive. breakfast rather limited on 2 out of 3 days. no tourist info.

pool very well tended; staff great, air-conditioning good

no wifi connection in the room, so i had to stay outside in the heat/mosquitos to work.

i like the atmosphere, the kitchen, the staff they are very respectful.

it was a pleasant experience. clean rooms, friendly staffs, great breakfast, awesome location.

i like the breakfast and the coffee is very good and the lady is very nice is talking good

second of all the wifi cut out since monday the 11th

room service, the internet service, the tv didn t work well and sheets was dirty.

and there's no room service unless you pay the people $5 to bring you anything in your room

stayed in 3rd floor (no elevator) gym a/c wasn t working

in the room was not working nobody pay me no mind i went to the restaurant order some food for room service the

window in my room (room 3) and a little noise due to the laundry room wall to wall and the noisy old air-condition
