parking situation was very small

breakfast was very good and the pancake was the easiest machine i've ever used

is very expensive plus charges a pet fee on top of already being one of the most expensive in the area

employee responsible for breakfast called in sick, but the lady at the front desk (debbi) worked extremely hard

maybe more breakfast choices like more fresh fruit, almond milk, oatmeal.

the staff was amazingly friendly, and the breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel

it appears they allow smoking in hotel rooms in ohio, we had a non- smoking and it smelled nice and fresh and

gas stations/truck stop withinn walking distance as well as bar and grill

didn't like that the staff didn't want to clean the room or do the laundry because of the time frame that we

from the looks of the parking lot, there weren't many guests, so i was surprised by the lack of hot water

stayed 3 nights, great breakfast waffles, eggs, sausage, toast bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, and

asked for room service on 3rd day, i stayed 4 days, no one gave the room service.

i wanted a non-smoking room as i don't smoke and i had my 6, 8 year old with me

stormed out from behind the counter and called the cops on us so literally by 10:20 there in the parking lot

had a family with 6 kids above us and unfortunately we had to complain 3 times about the noise at 2:45am

breakfast was the same everyday i was hoping there would be bacon but there was only sausage

beds were comfy, room was clean bathroom was very nice and the gym and breakfast were great!

area and there were children under the age of 15 and she professionally and politely told the kids why they

love the layout of the rooms when traveling with two small kids. service was excellent.

it was convenient for us location- wise, and the gym was great for a traveler with basic needs

pool was filthy, couldn't let my kids go swimming as there was gum and hair in the pool, the breakfast food was

safe, and simple accommodation that checked all the boxes on our return trip home with the kids

the laundry area was conveniently located and there was fitness equipment

even though i had a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke

i love the breakfast you pay 2.00 dollars more per person per night

the hotel had no extra towels, called the front desk and was told all towels are in the laundry

are guest laundry facilities available but they don t sell or have vending for laundry detergent on site
