do not have a coin machine for the washer and dryer, and the laundry soap dispenser was broken and i had to ask

we had to walk outside to get to the pool and hot tub

was alone and the parking lot wasn't well lit

our room was in a separate building from the main building where the pool & breakfast area was

attendant was not very attentive, i called numerous times to get wifi password and couldnt get anyone to answer

got stuck there do to a snow storm and their washer was down but they had let us use their big laundry room

they advertise laundry capability-the washer and dryer on the second floor were out of order
