washers happened to be broken the day i tried to do laundry- but the staff was very attentive and called

please add a laundry room on each floor to accommodate customers laundry needs, especially over a weekend before

i liked our spacious hotel room, the cleanliness of everything, and variety of the breakfast.

not enough parking for all the people that were there

loved the whole breakfast spread and convenience of having a washer for guests in the building.

we requested the room with a spa tub, and both times the tub was out of service

laundry, ice machine, vending, and breakfast are all behind locked doors without staff giving

no staff during the early morning hours, no breakfast provided and no laundry facility was open

no ice on first floor, no laundry soap available as staff had initially told us

which apparently it was my fault for picking a smoking room
