also liked ground floor level with no steps and direct access to enter from parking spot

accidently booked a smoking room and we were told they were booked and couldn't move us to non-smoking

we used the self service laundry facilities which was quick and convenient

in pool, you can swim against the current, hot tub clean and big, mushroom water feature for kids

wifi connection was really bad, could not use much, there is no mention of gym facility in your

parking we both have trouble walking and two or three nights we had to park in the back of the

breakfast and staff were great - pool and hot tub was great
