parking lot on the office side is terrible.

breakfast was simple- eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, but sufficient

left before breakfast - we were on our way to milwaukee and wanted to avoid traffic around chicago so left

very clean place, staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was good too.

pool down, onsite laundry down, booking issues, dirty, broken shower and shower curtain rod, cable not working

the laundry was broken down as well

laundry machines were unhooked, ice machine was laying face down on the ground in parts, juice

the promote a coin laundry which after i already loaded the wash machine found out they don t even work

didn't know there was a birthday party and all the kids were in the pool so we didn't get to use the jacuzzi or

convenient to a kids sports event

room is good and beds are sufficient enough and my kids liked it.

that s rather unsanitary to be throwing dirty laundry around on a public staircase

beautiful scenery and the spa room was epic
