hotel room was old outside hallways were dirty as were the laundry room, etc

the street so we weren t close to some of the amenities like we thought we d be, like the laundry, continental

i think i was near the laundry room and lots of banging started right at 8 am

due to covid, they didn't clean while guest were in so trash and dirty laundry was left piled on the porches

the front desk staff told us where the laundry facilities were on-site but failed to mention that the they were

slow drained, had to hold lever on commode to flush, drilling outside woke us up 2 morning, laundry room was
