the price and location its a nice little motel, parking right at the door, very quiet area for a friday night

floor units with door facing the parking lot is not ideal, however, the price was too good to pass up

there was a truck in the parking lot who revved his engine until late into the night, driving around and around

asked for a non smoking room, was given a room that didn't have a no smoking sign noticed a few rooms that had

supposed to get a non smoking room, manager/owner gave us smoking room and had a very bad cigarette smell

i had a dirty kitchenette that needed to be swept and the stove was dirty

the pool was also clean and fun for the kids

also people don't respect the fact that non smoking part of the hotel is no smoking

location, spacious, plenty of the things you need, laundry, phone, vending, breakfast, and plenty of great

laundry could be cheaper by 25 or so, some light bulbs are blown, night stays could be cheaper,

same we were placed in a handedcapp room near the office , little traffic of people going to the laundry room
