laundry service

the room was very clean with an electric fireplace and the jacuzzi/spa tub we requested

should have put my family on the first floor with little kids, people complained about them running across floor

the plumbing is a little slow to drain. pool is small and a little cold but kids loved it.

there's also a bar and restaurant on site

the weather was beautiful so we were able to sit outside for breakfast and dinner

their bartender james was a mixologist who created the most amazing cocktails

our room featured a large spa bath in a large bathroom that was spotless with gorgeous views over the white

was dirty laundry left in the drawers

the laundry is good to have as you eventually run out of clothes to wear

my family enjoyed the pool a lot! it was nice, clean and inviting.

the hotel also has a pickle-ball room, a breakfast cafe, a bar/restaurant and a laundry - this latter being

we loved our huge room with kitchen, made taking breaks worthwhile and we were able to save money avoiding the

parking situation if you arrive later in the day

clean, comfortable, convenient for hikers, excellent pool and facility.

the kitchen had all you needed to cook simple meals

there is a microwave oven in the area where you can get ice, or do laundry

i need to do laundry, they walked me to show me where it was at and even supplied laundry soap if i needed

the guest laundry was reasonably priced

we also made good use of the self serve laundry which was easy to use

no microwave in the room ! you had to go to the laundry room to use one ! not impressed !

matress in our room was super lumpy, like sleeping on a sack of laundry

the pool and breakfast buffet hands down nothing like it . beautiful

was amazing they really took time to make sure we were satisfied water park was so nice and clean and

we only noticed that there was a laundry as we were leaving

i can understand valet parking but come on that feels so nickel dime and the spa presidental area was that was

i might have liked hanging out by the fireplaces on the main floor but they had those areas cordoned off so

the gym is well equipped

the restaurant and bar option at the hotel was also closed

breakfast, shuttle was convenient, location has amazing mountain views, outdoor heated pool in -17 wind chill

restaurant on-site, on-demand 1-min shuttle service to main hotel for swimming pool & spa, gym and other

, wifi was not optimal, concierge was weak and wasn't able to produce anything we were looking for,

and bar were closed during covid so that took away from the experience of an otherwise very nice inn

game room for kids, laundry area if needed, and very clean

and outside (even in the snow), they had saunas, a game room, a fitness room, a little market, a laundry room,

hotel was able to accommodate early check in and the check in process was quick

parents let their kids run loose through the breakfast buffet and one was licking the pancake syrup off her
