like making sure there was water in the workout room and a waste basket in the laundry room

a guest laundry room on the first floor...

the guest laundry (dryer) was not working

lot of doors slamming i guess it was the laundry room

i had a lot of hallway and parking lot noises

the room smelled so bad we could hardly breath(someone obviously had been smoking heavily) when i brought it

the room said non smoking, yet it smelled as if a smoker lived in it and had burned a spot on the side of the

desk clerk was smoking behind counter; the hallways were filled with weed smoke; no breakfast was put out the

the only slight issue was patchy wifi - i work a lot from the room so this is important.

wonderful room, wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast! very pleased!

the pool area is closed until 10 am so you can't really get a full workout in.

only complaint is that the guest laundry room was out of order
