i had asked for a nice room with a view however when we arrived, we had a view of the noisiest kitchen extractor

property was very efficient fantastic large powerful shower in studio apartment 16 great having laundry facility

perfectly clean and tidy with everything you need provided in the kitchen to cook a meal with, highly recommend

vent in the kitchen to keeps the apartment nice and ventilated removing excess moisture, is a bit noisy

two pillows each one soft and one hard on each bed but my concern is this increases the amount of laundry

also you cannot leave your pet in the room alone

staff parking across 2 disabled bays, even when i mentioned it on reception was told it was laundry delivery

the laundry service was also very timely, they ironed and folded my clothes, they smelled amazing

to a brighter equivalent room with a better view; but i didn t request it, in order to keep the laundry bill

due to the rainy weather i needed laundry overnite and they did it with best smell ever after the washing

so much a 'not like' as such but i think the bar and restaurant could do with some colour on the walls, it's

staff were exceptionally attentive right through our stay from reception to bar to restaurant

was very dated in the room, no room service & no cutlery in the room so i could eat my dinner (i mean not even

the bar meals are best avoided. overpriced, tiny portions. poorly prepared.

next door to gym people on running machine pounding the track at 06:00 hrs noisy all night hardly any
