they need to add soap to the laundry. the hand towel and bath towel both had stains on them!

enjoyed an excellent meal at rockwell s, and a relaxing time at the spa and the pool

loved the butler service and the spa was first class

close to eating, allowed for boat parking, near where we were going.

parking right outside the door is such a wonderful perk that doesn't exist anymore

the front desk staff was busy doing laundry and when i arrived and felt bothered that he had to check me in

from the laundry room to the actual room we stayed in, the entire hotel was filthy

phone kept ringing in front desk (unmaned), which annoyed everyone in the breakfast area.
