laundry room out of order

stayed in room 110 next to laundry and dryer was on a timer to keep spinning

laundry room and table outside of laundry room were disgusting

wifi was inoppreable, not available at all the entire stay

it had a pub right inside and a gas station across the parking lot

breakfast was a lil dry. and laundry and printer was down but it was a beautiful stay

the breakfast was great and i was allowed to stay in for an additional hour in their comfy bed

the coffee bar should of been open and bottle water should be supplied.

open till 3am friday through sunday so don t expect to get any sleep if you stay here or have a parking lot

i did not like that the pool was closed on the first night of our stay.

i loved we can bring our puppy. the pet fee is exceptional reasonable. the room was spotless.

we liked that there was an outdoor pool and a fitness gym

that to have a pet friendly room it was a very far walk to go outside from the elevator

laundry was taken at 9 am, my towels sat outside until

as pet friendly and was told when we checked in no pets allowed and had to sign a paper

possibly other peoples spa tubs

the breakfast was amazing and had a lot to choose from

we were hoping to use the self-service laundry

next time i will bring my swim suit because the pool was very clean

but they gave me a room next to the laundry and i was awaken at 4:45 by the staff doing the laundry

i came in a found a roaches on the counter top and worst was they gave me a room rite next to the laundry room

room and wasnt given a heads up or even a choice, the pillows were flat, they charge for the laundry facilities

indoor pool was a bit chilly but the hot tub made up for it!

also, staff allowed us to bring in dinner to the kitchen area

unaware that the hotel didnt have a laundry room we usually wash what we have worn during the day

and pool also a washer and dryer which was nice we had been traveling for 6 days and needed laundry

that the pool wasn t open yet lol

i booked this hotel for the pool for my kids and couldn’t even get it

like a pool sauna
