was so calming and helpful on being sure i ordered something right away so we could have room service delivered

laundry trolley was delivered through that door too, so you can imagine how loud it was

on site laundry is available but there is also a (cheaper) public laundry at the tesco a short drive away

stayed before and is great for my kids. d penthouse suite and pool actvities are fab.
