the lounge areas are spacious and never felt crowded and the bar is very well stocked, albeit with no beer on

host, was super friendly and gave us great advice on where we could go taking into account the kids and dogs,

by motorcycle, we were initially nervous about the parking because the front drive is entirely gravel, which

the price is a bit high per night (especially with the additinal pet charge) for what the hotel is but but i

limited parking.

rooms were empty - you have coffee machine, but not the cups, no laundry bags, no wine glasses, no wifi

the view from our room was of a shed with the dirty laundry in trolleys.

other hotels in this price bracket have more than just a swimming pool

the thermal suite was so relaxing and the pool and jacuzzi were fab

accommodation and services, beautiful pool and well equipped gym

ac so had to open windows but faced on to laundry cabin so rattling of laundry carts early in the morning

noise near our room and it was very dark. we were in a room near the laundry

we were unable to use the pool/ sauna prior to checkout as my wife was doing the 170k cycle around the ring of

clean room, plenty of parking, great breakfast

found the room cold at night especially when we had a two yr old toddler and i was told room service was 6e for

limited or no room service menu was restricted by specific meal times

the restaurants and bar are very pricey but you pay for the name i

the spa was really exceptional with a 25 metre lap pool, sauna and full gym facilities

but then don t seem too keen on them being there, park hotel went above and beyond for my kids

delighted with our first overnight away from the kids in almost 18 months

room seemed to be very close to the laundry - there were washing machines running all night along with driers

and throughout the night, a slight but irritating noise of a machine, apparently a laundry was coming from

by the gym (limited range of equipment, some of it broken down), wish laundry had been on-site/self-serve so i

didn t warn us when the pool was fully booked and told us there was a laundry service when in fact it was

complimentary upgrade to a suite. will be back with the kids for sure

personally wanted to go away with my partner for a night away without kids and for the price we paid i dont

gym is too small for the size of hotel.

however, my single room was beside a laundry chute which meant there was a lot of noise from early morning

readiness as i was able to checkin couple of hour earlier which helped a lot specially with 3 kids travelling

the staff were pleasant and there was ample parking and the leisure facilities were great

it felt like we were on a cruise ship - lots and lots of old people, single demographic group - pool felt like

very impressed with the room and continental breakfast exelent

parking lot wasn t ideal.

setting, welcoming staff, gorgeous comfortable rooms with fresh clean laundry and bathroom necessities

stayed out of season so major colgan s bar & restaurant was closed; other than that everything was perfect

facilities not suited to young kids...

on site laundry is available but there is also a (cheaper) public laundry at the tesco a short drive away

laundry trolley was delivered through that door too, so you can imagine how loud it was

very good for kids! like a little holiday village
