booked about a week or so in advance checked in we were put in the room right next to laundry and elevator so

i looked until i finally found someone in the laundry room

in lobby no breakfast fixed and remotes in bedroom didn't work didn't have batteries no clean laundry very poor

pool was advertised and that is the reason we selected this property and drove two extra hours to

i had called the hotel to verify pet policy and my reservation

i thought the laundry room was a little dirty

clean room, comfortable bed, warm shower, speedy wifi.

i booked a nonsmoking room but got a smoking.

it was pretty annoying to pay for a non smoking room and the people outside your door smoke so much till it

she said she was trying to catch up on laundry

trash and dirty laundry was not

didnt have breakfast.but the employee on duty went out of his way to make our stay exceptional

the tv and wifi also my room was left open by a house keeper.

but between the unkempt swimming pool (not open yet and it was mid-may- but still a cess pool) and what appeared

they had dogs in the swimming pool.

the laundry room facilities didn't work i spend my money for nothing

guest laundry was out of service even though i was assured at check-in it was in working order

the lady that did the breakfast in the mornings (i can t remember her name) was always so pleasant

the outdoor swimming pool was not working

the pool is always out of service

we wanted to wash laundry but the hotel could not provide us change

the staff were friendly and attentive. the breakfast was very good. very nice pool.
