pool was closed for refurbishment and i wasn't told by booking

the spa was great

it was spring break (usa) so a lot of kids there but that's not the hotels fault. lol.

we are a family of 4, my kids are teenagers

were very friendly and helpful with questions raised, the veranda restaurant and bar was pleasant for alfresco

kids water park could open longer - some service people are running around without a smile for hours

the hotel is beautiful and the beach is amazing (i never made it in the pool because the beach was so nice)

the kids fun pool is amazing,

for example , expected to pay 50 a day for breakfast buffet but not much choice for vegans and those with a

pool + beach options were great; would prefer a smaller option breakfast at a lower price point;

went to bar and reception to ask for 2 plates&forks but sent back up to call it in

underwhelming pool, so this hotel is definitely for beach lovers

the room was comfortable, the pool was good and the beach access was great.

facilities: my husband went to the gym every day and he enjoyed the facility

liked the food on the room service menu better than the food offered at the outdoor restaurant

towels, laundry detergent, wash cloths

to move rooms after getting unpacked because the fold out bed was broken, no laundry facilities as promised,

at $300/ night you expect to have access to a laundry service, not self service.

bar and pool areas were very clean and the staff gave great service

gym should have more equipment

so i bought token for laundry ($10), then washed my own towels

laundry facilities were the best i ve ever seen at a vacation rental

one email message to be sent to guest with the key information such as: a) door access code; b) laundry room

parking, location, amenities, pool, gym, laundry room and coffee shop

laundry tokens were a bit on the expensive side.

the open air bar and restaurant had views of the ocean, friendly, efficient staff and excellent food
