it was october it would have been nice if there was a hot tub in the pool area, but no big deal
the pool was clean and perfect temp

the parking lot was snow free , but quite slippery due to the use of ice melt which melted and then

pillows felt like laundry sacks, our toilet ran all night, the pool was freezing and in no way 5ft deep

the spacious pool and spa area is perfect when traveling with kids.

laundry room was clean and everything was in working order
if there is a ton of kids in the pool area it is really loud.
we had to drive through a couple parking lots to get there

neighbors did laundry around 9pm and that s all we could hear sitting in the living room
location, room was nice, full kitchen! set up worked well
we did however enjoy the golf cart ride up to the skybridge

they placed me directly above their laundry room and it distributed my sleep everyday
was competent, kind, and courteous, i had to wash clothes and they're able to provide me with the laundry
sticking several times'tank not refilling water on floor in bathroom constantly laundry washer not
staff was accommodating and moved us away from the laundry room for the second night
also, was slightly disturbed at the pool area one evening
